Refund policy

Please order thoughtfully, I am an independent artist and craftsperson and cannot process returns or exchanges. In case of breakage during transit, contact me within three days of receipt. 

There may be small superficial cracks in a decorative piece. I disclose these in the description and photos. All my work is high-fired and vitrified ceramics. The dishware is glazed with food safe glaze suitable for food consumption. There may be minor pinholes in the glaze. Both of these are inherent to the nature of ceramics. 

To preserve your wares, I recommend handwashing. Although they are dishwasher and microwave safe, it is not recommended. To preserve the finishes, avoid staining foods or liquids, wash as soon as is reasonable and avoid leaving them unwashed for lengthy periods. These are handmade artisan wares, not factory made ceramics and simply not as durable.

If there is gold luster on an item, do not microwave.
