Shipping policy

Shipments will be sent out twice per week via Posten, the Norwegian Postal Service or PostNord. Once your order has shipped, I will send you a tracking number. Shipping times quoted start upon shipment.

• Orders shipped within Norway can take 3-6 days, sometimes longer.
• International orders can take 5- 15 business days, sometimes longer.

If your country is not listed as a shipping destination, please message me and I will attempt to resolve the issue.

Certain countries require VAT. If shipping to the US, VAT is approximately 10% of the purchase price and is required to be paid upon shipping. Depending upon where you are located this may need to be prepaid. Otherwise you will be contacted by the Customs office in your country (for example, the UK) and be required to pay it prior to your package being delivered. If your package is not claimed and returned to me, I will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. 

If you are local to Bergen or Hellesøy, you may contact me via the contact form to arrange local pickup. In that case, I will refund the shipping fee.
